I spent the weekend camping up on the Kaibab with some coworkers and our dogs. Actually, I spent the nights there, but had to come back home during the days either for critter duty or work. The campsite commute (around an hour) was worth it though when you’re having as much fun as we did.
Perhaps the best part of the trip, aside from making some new friends, was seeing how well Jemma did. I was a little worried how she would handle so many dogs and new people, being off leash after only a few days together, and sleeping in a tent with me and Haley. But I am happy to say, that dog is freakin’ amazing.
